Refund policy

Returns and exchanges

We gladly accept returns and exchanges.

1. Contact us within 14 days of delivery. Email info@savageworks.co.uk with your order number and let us know whether you would like a return or exchange. We will provide return instructions.
2. Dispatch your item back within 30 days of delivery. Pack it carefully and follow the return instructions provided.
3. Return it in its original condition. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If an item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
