When should I order my garden gift?

Allow up to 3 working days for dispatch, followed by 2–3 working days for delivery. If you request a pre-rusted finish, allow an extra 7 days before dispatch. Please contact us before ordering if you need your gift for a particular date.

Will the metal ornaments arrive rusty?

Our metal ornaments are supplied in their natural steel finish and develop their orange rust patina outdoors. Check the product description for finish and care details.

What is included in each gift bundle?

Each bundle has its own combination of garden pieces. Open the product page to check the items, quantities and dimensions before choosing your gift.

Can I return or exchange a gift?

We accept returns and exchanges. Contact us within 14 days of delivery and send the items back within 30 days of delivery. Buyers pay return postage. See our returns policy for the conditions.
